MoSysReal is a network of companies and experts, which organize themselves dynamically according to the market requirements, in order to develop modular systems by optimal arrangement of their capabilities. |
The partners of the dynamic organization define themselves as modules of this alliance, whereby modular system realization (MoSysReal) takes a further meaning. The broker (that is the central management unit for the coordination and moderation of the virtual enterprise), the business enterprise Wolfgang Krause, is the most important interface between the modules. |
Because of the exposure of strategic functions within the network and the time pressure while configuring the alliance at short notice, confidence-building practices as well as an open culture of the partners are the basis for success, so that complex and time-consuming collateralizations are often not necessary. |
