The co-operation partners of MoSysReal constitute a virtual platform of business units, from which the virtual enterprise is dynamically arranged during the adaptation to the particular project (tailoring). |
The platform is divided into the fields Consultation, Conception, Implementation and Quality assurance. |
Each field consists of topic-oriented business units, whereby some partners cover business units from several fields. |
If you miss the mandatory field Administration of fixed enterprises: This does not exist in modern virtual enterprises, since the cost effectiveness of a monumental administration is small and, by tailoring, decentralization rationalizes out unnecessary functions of the administration. |
