The basic idea of our organizational modularity is the process based formation of self-controlled compatible units, responsible for defined phases. |
General conditions for the internal market, simple rules for cooperation and the implementation of terms of reference - in addition to the coordinator - constitute the interface between the solution-specifical appointed modules in order to avoid in-house service interlacing and therefore costs. |
This facilitates simpler barter relationships than via contracts. Management competences are not bundled up in the executive board, but instead where the problems lie. The opinions and experiences of many actors are brought in by internal co-operations on basis of declarations negotiated and of the capability of the providers and through communication as control mechanisms. The quality of the solution increases not through imposed orders, but because all participants agreed on it. |
